One of the Company’s top priorities is customer satisfaction. As a result, we provide our customers with the option of requesting a refund if they are dissatisfied with our professional assistance services.

Within 72 hours of receiving the refund request, it will be evaluated. Our Customer Service Department will assess the reasons for the refund request and the specific circumstances of your case before approving or denying it. The customer will be notified of the outcome of his or her request in any case.
The Customer must request a refund within 45 days of receiving our email acknowledging successful payment for our professional services. Except in exceptional circumstances, no refunds will be granted after this time period, depending on the circumstances of the Customer.
- If you’re requesting a refund for multiple orders of Electronic Travel Documents, you’ll need to fill out each request separately.
- Customers who have not yet submitted their Electronic Travel Document to the government at the time of the refund request will be eligible for a full refund.
- Customers who have received approval from the government for an Electronic Travel Document will be eligible for a refund of our service fee. If a refund request for an approved application is approved, the fee charged by the government for the assessment of the approved application is non-refundable, unless the customer has exceptional circumstances.
- Customers who have had their Electronic Travel Document application denied by the government are entitled to a full refund upon request and in accordance with the specific circumstances of their case, as per our professional service guarantee.
- In any case, the costs of ancillary services will not be reimbursed.
If a refund request is approved by the Customer Service Department:
- Within 72 hours of receiving the request, the refund will be processed using the same payment method that the customer used to pay for our professional services.
- As soon as the refund is processed, the customer will receive an email confirmation.
- The refunded amount may take up to ten (10) business days to arrive, depending on the customer’s payment entity.
